About The Position
Overview RN, NICU Allen Hospital - Waterloo, IA Part-time, Nights: 7pm-7am Eligible for a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus Shift Differentials: $5.00/hour from 3p-11p, $7.50/hour from 11p-7a, Additonal $7.50/hour weekend differential The NICU is a 10-bed unit caring for neonates from 30 weeks gestation to term with a variety of medical needs. Requirements
- Sign-on bonus is available to qualified BSN hires.
Responsibilities
- To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care at Registered Nurse skill level, in collaboration with the Medical Plan of Care, with a minimum of assistance.
- To function as primary care leader, associate, or charge nurse so that optimum quality of patient care is maintained according to the philosophy and objectives of Allen Hospital.
- To exercise accountability responsibility, authority, autonomy, and act as a role model and resource person with expanded theory and expertise.
