About The Position

This opportunity is a Per Diem Tier II Nights Position at Wellington Regional Medical Center, located in Wellington, Florida. The hospital is a 235-bed, acute care facility, owned by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. Since 1986, it has provided high-quality healthcare services to the residents of Palm Beach County. The hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission and is committed to advanced technologies and expanding programs to meet community needs. The nursing teams utilize a top-of-license approach, focusing on patient safety and quality care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Prefer one year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting.
• BLS (current upon hire).
• NRP, STABLE and/or required specialty training or course completion (or obtained within three months of employment) in required specialty.
• Current Florida nursing license.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
