About The Position

Be part of something remarkable Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to support the Women’s Integrated Specialty Care for Women (ISCW) program—a strategic organizational priority designed to provide coordinated, holistic care for women with pelvic floor disorders, pelvic pain, endometriosis, fibroids, and sexual dysfunction. This program represents a major growth opportunity in women’s health, as women are the primary healthcare decision makers and the population’s needs in this area continue to expand. In this role, you will: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide patients and families through the ISCW program, which addresses both common and complex conditions affecting the female pelvic organs. Partner closely with patients who are navigating multifaceted treatment plans, ensuring they fully understand their diagnoses, therapies, medications, and next steps—while promoting adherence and continuity of care. Establish, coordinate, and centralize plans of care across UW Health and in partnership with outlying providers to ensure seamless and comprehensive support. Provide education and guidance to patients and families to help them understand treatment options and the benefits of recommended therapies. Support a rapidly growing area of clinical need, including conditions such as incontinence, prolapse, endometriosis, and sexual dysfunction—areas expected to increase significantly in prevalence and where specialized expertise remains limited within Wisconsin. This role is instrumental in helping ISCW become a regional and national leader in women’s health by improving patient experience, strengthening clinical outcomes, and expanding access to specialized gynecologic care. At UW Health, you will have: An excellent benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, two-week paid parental leave and adoption assistance.  Options for a variety of schedules and shifts that offer flexibility and allow for work-life balance. Access to great resources through the UW Health Employee Wellbeing Department that supports your emotional, financial, and physical well-being. Acuity based staffing ratios for optimal safety. A strong shared governance structure which assures every nurse has a voice. A place where nursing excellence is recognized and celebrated in our inpatient and outpatient settings through several award programs. Tuition benefits eligibility - UW Health invests in your professional growth as a nurse by helping pay for coursework associated with career advancement. The opportunity to earn a referral bonus for referring friends, former colleagues or others to apply for open, posted positions.
