We invite you to join our highly engaged Mother/Baby team of Registered Nurses responsible for providing direct patient care within the scope of his/her practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care. Position eligible for $4,000 new hire retention and $3,000 relocation incentive based off eligibility. Requirements
- 1-year experience working in a Mother/Baby unit in a hospital setting
- Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.
- Current CA RN License
- Current BLS-C provider from American Heart Association
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certificate (AAP 7th or 8th edition)
- Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred an accredited school of nursing.
