About The Position
The RN Manager of Surgical Services at Summa Health Medina Ambulatory Surgery Center is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of various surgical services, including Surgery, Pre-op/PACU, Sterile Processing, and Endoscopy. This role involves collaboration with nursing and administrative staff to ensure optimal patient care, adherence to patient care standards, and effective fiscal operations. The manager will also serve as a liaison between departments and assist in promoting a positive image of the surgical services team within the community and among healthcare professionals.
