About the position

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. This role is crucial in delivering excellent and effective behavioral health services that engage individuals in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams. The position is located at the Alameda County Youth CSU, a Crisis Stabilization Unit serving youth populations within Alameda County, providing screening/triage, medication support, and brief treatment in a safe, protective setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide recovery-focused services related to the administration of medical treatment and medications as prescribed by the physician.
  • Attend meetings and use personal vehicle for work-related travel.

Requirements

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of program operations.
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings.
