Requirements

  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
  • 2 years of RN experience.
  • Current RN – Registered Nurse license.
  • BLS – Basic Life Support certification (required within 30 days of hire).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in acute care settings.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in nursing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in acute care settings.
  • Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Participate in shared governance and contribute to unit-based councils.
