About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The RN Medication Management position is responsible for reviewing and assessing patient refill medication requests. This role is accountable for reviewing patient charts and following proper medication protocol to ensure refill request is appropriate. Through the assessment process the RN Medication Management role collaborates with the patient, provider and or the pharmacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 years of patient care experience within the last 4 years
• Current state license RN
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of related acute or ambulatory clinical experience
• Primary Care, Digtial Health and/or Contact Center experience
