Requirements

A nursing degree from an approved school of nursing.
Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state.
While we empower new grads with incredible starting wages, we especially value those with at least two (2) years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty area.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained shortly after hire).
Exceptional organizational skills, strong clinical acumen, adaptability, and the ability to inspire confidence and collaboration.
A deep-seated belief in #humankindness and an unwavering commitment to patient-focused care.
