Requirements

• Active RN license (Florida or Compact).
• Acute care RN experience within the past 3 years (or within 5 years with longer RN history).
• BLS required (AHA).
• ADN or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective direct patient care in the Med-Surg setting.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate care needs based on evidence-based standards.
• Administer medications, monitor conditions, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health staff to ensure quality outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery.
