About The Position

Registered Nurse, RN works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care! A Registered Nurse, RN Provides quality care across the life span to individuals, families, caregivers, groups, populations and communities. What Registered Nurse, RN will do: • Interact with patients during face to face encounters or through a variety of telecommunication encounters to assess, triage, provide nursing consultation and perform follow-up and care coordination. • Focus on patient safety and quality of care by applying appropriate nursing interventions • Act as partner, advocate and advisor, assists and supports patient/families in the management of their health care, respecting their culture and values, individual needs, health goals, and treatment preferences. Utilizes nursing assessment skills and clinical protocol guidelines in a decision-making capacity to provide timely and efficient patient care. What you will do: Telephone triage Medication Refill New consult evaluation Patient education Performs clerical functions, all functions of a Medical Assistant, and environmental duties to support team objectives What you will need: Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program Associate degree in nursing required, BSN preferred. In Grand Rapids if ADN must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hire Licensed in the State of Michigan 1 years of experience as an RN required if new grad must apply to RN residency that takes place three times a year in February, July and October Specialty credentialing preferred according to clinical nursing practice specialty area preferred Please completely fill out the application and upload resume. Requirements

• Graduation from a NLN or AACN accredited school of nursing
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure authorized in the state of Michigan.
• Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program
