About The Position

PIH Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Medical Practice Supervisor to join our Family Medicine Residency team at the PIH Health Washington Medical Office Building (WASH). This full-time, regular/at-will position is an integral part of our healthcare network that serves the Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Gabriel Valley region. As an RN Medical Practice Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supervising department operations and staff to ensure office efficiency and optimal workflow. You will perform various procedures associated with routine patient encounters and work closely with department leadership to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with patients, practitioners, management, and staff. PIH Health is a nonprofit, fully integrated network that includes hospitals, outpatient medical office buildings, a multispecialty medical group, and home healthcare services. As an RN Medical Practice Supervisor, you will be expected to maintain quality control standards, interpret and adapt guidelines and procedures, and manage time effectively. This position offers a competitive salary range of $84,302.40 to $139,110.40 annually, reflecting the junior management level of the role.
