The Registered Nurse at Cooley Dickinson Hospital is responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care by utilizing the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role involves directing and coordinating all nursing care for patients in accordance with established clinical nursing practice standards. The Registered Nurse is also expected to collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery and to achieve desired patient outcomes. This position is part of the Massachusetts Nurses Association Bargaining Unit at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required
- Registered Nurse [RN - Massachusetts]
- Basic Life Support [BLS] certification required
- Demonstrated excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills required

- Med/Surg experience preferred
