About The Position
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses (Med Surg RNs) to join a healthcare team at a prominent hospital in York, PA. As a Med Surg RN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care within the hospital setting.
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania RN license.
- Prior experience in a medical-surgical setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide patient education and support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
