The 5 Pavilion Medical/Surgical and Telemetry Unit specializes in acute care and medical support for a wide range of conditions, such as pneumonia, heart failure, chest pain and post-operation concerns. As an RN resident on this team, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care. In this role, you will interact directly with patients, families, and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare information as needed. Our Center for Workplace Violence Prevention and Caregiver Well-Being sets caregiver safety as a priority, identifying, reporting and responding to incidents and providing safety resources. This is part time position, two 12 hour shifts per week. A caregiver in this position works nights 7:00 p.m. -- 7:30 a.m.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
One year of current Acute Care RN experience OR military RN experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
