Hillcrest Hospital's 5 Seidman GI/Renal Unit provides care and treatment to acutely ill adult and geriatric patients who require inpatient or observation care. Patients in this unit have renal diseases, respiratory diseases, cardiac diseases, diabetes and other chronic diseases. This unit also specializes in hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis while also providing treatments such as cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, nutritional support, diagnostic testing and spiritual support.
