We are searching for an RN for MED/SURG-Oncology/Palliative Care at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA. This position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $9,600 for new hires, depending on experience. The role involves working 32 hours per week on the evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with weekend and holiday rotations. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Three (3) months experience is preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or be exempt.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients.
• Participate in patient and family teaching.
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel.
• Maintain standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit.
• Provide care appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.
