About The Position

Our Medical/Surgical Orthopedics unit is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our Medical/Surgical Orthopedics leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building every team member. Patient Population includes Surgical (orthopedic, neurosurgery, colorectal, gynecological, urology, plastics, bariatrics, general surgery, trauma), medical-cellulitis, SBO, AMS, GI, hospice, diabetes. Patient Ratios are 1:5 with a total of 40 beds in the department. The department promotes a diverse workforce, team-oriented collaboration across all disciplines, self-scheduling, and is Magnet Designated with an active unit shared governance structure. This position is full-time nights from 7pm to 7am.
