About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time, Nights Position in the Med/Surg Unit at Northwest Health - La Porte Hospital is a full-time role requiring 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. This position is eligible for a shift differential and offers a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000. Weekend and holiday rotation is required, but no call is necessary. The unit is a 30-bed fast-paced environment with a high patient turnover, treating patients of various ages and ailments, from pediatric to geriatric. The RN will provide patient-centered care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
