Responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care to patients within a patient care unit, including direct and indirect perioperative care. This position performs preadmission testing and preoperative and postoperative care based on departmental needs, training, competence, and skill. This role manages and supervises related clinical activities. In addition, this position supervises and directs the tasks of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel, using professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment. Additionally, this role requires flexibility in scheduling on an as-needed basis to meet departmental operational needs. Joining AdventHealth is about being part of something bigger.
