How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide expert nursing care across a wide range of specialties, including Neurology, Orthopedics, Oncology, and Vascular units. Implement complex care plans and vigilantly monitor patient conditions, ensuring seamless communication with the broader medical team. Act as the central hub for patient care, synchronizing efforts between physicians, therapists, and specialists for superior outcomes. Masterfully carry out orders for specialized populations, from post-thoracic recovery to renal and pulmonary care. Rapidly assess and coordinate discharge and care needs, serving as a steady, expert advocate for patients in ever-changing clinical environments.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
