As a Med/Surg Float Pool RN, you'll be a key player in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, delivering care across a variety of units, including Orthopedics, Medical/Telemetry, Observation, Surgical, and Oncology. Schedule: This position is scheduled for 60 hours per two-week pay period, 12 hour night shifts (7pm– 7:30am), with every third weekend required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate.

Requirements

MN Registered Nurse (RN) License
Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)

Responsibilities

Assesses patient needs and identifies expected nursing outcomes.
