Fairview Hospital’s Progressive Coronary Care Unit (PK II) is a telemetry unit focused on providing excellent, high-quality care to cardiac patients. Caregivers in this unit are highly engaged and maintain a wide knowledge base with a special emphasis on cardiothoracic surgery, dysrhythmia management, telemetry monitoring, and heart failure. As an RN on this team, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care by interacting directly with patients, families, and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare information as needed. This position requires a caregiver who is empathetic, understanding and nurturing to ensure quality patient care and effective life-saving treatment. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) OR the American Red Cross
One-year current acute care RN experience in a hospital setting
Will consider licensed military RN experience
