Join our team as Registered Nurse, MDS Coordinator in our Long Term Care in Wabasha, MN and be the change you want to see in the world. What's Available: 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week) This will be a Day/Evening rotation and include regular hours as MDS Coordinator, as well as RN, LTC role. Schedule will include weekend commitment of every 4th weekend combination of on-call or hours worked. What you will get: Pay range of $39.96 - $56.58 / hour, based on experience. What you will do: Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients and residents Responsibilities will include ensuring and assisting with compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the quality of resident assessments in accordance with the Minimum Data Set (MDS) guidelines. Playing a critical part in enhancing the quality of care for residents by ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication across interdisciplinary teams. The registered nurse (RN) focuses on the health and wellness of individuals, families and populations in collaboration with other health care professionals by incorporating evidence-based practice in the management of acute illness, chronic disease, disability, and end-of-life care. The RN utilizes the nursing process and aligns practice with organizational policies, professional nursing standards and regulatory practice acts Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys. Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing
  • RN licensure to practice in the state of Minnesota upon hire
  • Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
