Keystone Women’s Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Maternal Care Coordinator. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting expectant mothers throughout their prenatal journey and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania (or compact) RN license
- Current CPR certification
- OB nursing experience required
- Strong communication and patient education skills
Nice To Haves
- Labor & Delivery experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive prenatal intake assessments
- Provide prenatal education and ongoing patient support
- Perform non-stress tests (NSTs)
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and community resources
- Conduct telephone triage and patient follow-up
- Follow up with patients regarding missed appointments
