About The Position

Mason Square Health Center offers a variety of specialty services for their primary care patients. Serves a community that includes pediatric and adult patient population. Requirements

• Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR certified.
• Minimum of 2 year of nursing experience
• Demonstrated interest to work with patients from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have competency in delivering exceptional nursing care and have proven success in partnering with both physicians and staff
• Diploma in Nursing (Required)
• Basic Life Support - American Heart AssociationAmerican Heart AssociationAmerican Heart Association, Registered Nurse - State of MassachusettsState of MassachusettsState of Massachusetts

Nice To Haves

• Ideal candidate will have both adult and pediatric experience and/ or be willing to train and work with our pediatric patient population

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing support working closely with medical providers
• Provides education, ongoing assessment and support to patients
• Triage and patient visits for Primary Care.
• Portal Message management
• Nurse visits, education visits, scheduling in CB, administering vaccinations, prior authorization process approval and prescription management.
