About The Position

As a Floor RN MGR, you will provide compassionate, direct patient care while working alongside an interdisciplinary team to support patients in their recovery journey.

Requirements

• Current RN license (in good standing).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred; ADN considered with relevant experience.
• Prior psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience a plus, but not required—training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies.
• Handles scheduling conflicts and call offs.
• Handles patient complaints.
• Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.
• Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies.
• Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights.
• Communicates concerns or issues with AOC and facility leadership.
• Leads code drills.
• Provides training support to new staff.
