About The Position

Providence St Vincent is an acute care Medical Center with strong General, GYN, Ortho, Neuro, Plastics, Robotics, and Vascular programs. Our department consists of 27 operating rooms and approximately 143 staff members, including 7 direct reports. We pride ourselves on our great team atmosphere and ample support. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Services Manager to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for patient care, and a commitment to excellence. As the Surgical Services Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our surgical department, ensuring the highest standards of care and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Must have recent first-line management experience.
• 3 years of Clinical experience.

• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
