We are seeking a Manager Womens Services for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. The Manager Mother Baby will be responsible for planning, organizing, staffing and directing functions to ensure the effective operation of the unit. In cooperation with the leadership team, the Manager will be instrumental in developing plans, policies and procedures to efficiently provide quality care.

  • Develop plans, policies, and procedures to efficiently provide quality care.
  • Support the leadership team in ensuring high quality, efficient care.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • A current BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association (AHA or American Red Cross) required.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required after 60 months if hire if do not currently have it.
  • 3+ years of RN experience in womens services in an acute care setting required.
  • 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience required.
