About The Position

We are seeking an energetic and passionate RN Manager of Labor and Delivery to lead a growing program in Davie, FL. This role oversees a dedicated team of 27 FTEs, supporting up to 1,500 births annually, plus a 20-bed postpartum unit and newborn nursery. Requirements

• Active Florida RN license or Compact license.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current BLS (within 30 days of hire).
• Current ACLS (within 30 days of hire).
• Current NRP (within 90 days of hire).
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery management experience.

Nice To Haves

• BSN or higher in Nursing.
• STABLE certification (within 60 months).
• Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring (within 60 months).

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and evaluate daily operations for Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Nursery.
• Drive compliance with state, Joint Commission, CMS, and AHCA standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and departmental performance.
• Partner with physicians, administration, and staff to ensure quality outcomes.
• Mentor and develop nurses while promoting a culture of teamwork and service excellence.
• Champion patient experience, safety, and innovation in maternal-child care.
