About The Position
MVP Pediatric Home Health is hiring LVN Nurses! We are seeking compassionate and dependable nurses to provide skilled care, treatment, and rehabilitation in accordance with individualized pediatric care plans. This position includes active participation in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in collaboration with the clinical supervisor, referring physicians, and other agencies involved in the patient’s care. Patient Case 23-year-old patient Family is seeking two daytime nurses and two overnight nurses, as well as PRN nursing staff. Shifts are 7AM - 7PM AND 7PM - 7AM. Pt has G-tube feeds, O2, breathing treatments, and medicine administration Patient does not have a trach or vent. Patient is non-mobile, but does have an electric lift and electric bed. Pt is also non-verbal. Requirements
- Current Texas Nursing License (RN or LVN)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Current CPR certification accepted by the agency
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
