About The Position
Capitol View Transitional Care Center is a state-of-the-art true transitional care unit (TCU) located in Regions Hospital, part of the HealthPartners organization as a separate nonprofit organization. We provide quality care to patients aged 18 and older who are in need of a short-term stay, with an average length of stay of 17 days. Join our team as a RN/LPN and experience how rewarding and enjoyable work can be in a TCU! In this role, your patient to nursing staff ratio is three times lower than the average nursing home.
