Requirements
- Active IL NURSING LICENSE
- Current CPR Certification
Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 Patient Care
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts
- Assist patient in daily activities
- Take and record vitals
- Provide caregiver relief
