Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license (required)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care according to care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely
- Monitor and document resident conditions
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
- Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary staff
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
