About the Role: Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse As an RN/LPN, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Brio in Johnston. As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will: Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects. Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management. Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize resident care, including communicating with physicians and families. Supervise and support CNAs and other healthcare staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents. Offer emotional support and education to residents and their families, promoting overall well-being and understanding of care plans. Open Shifts Available: Night shift Full-Time- 6:00pm-6:00am PRN, Flexible Scheduling

Requirements

Benefits

  • Compensation & Flexibility:
  • The pay range for the LPN position is $28.35 - $35.72/hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
  • The pay range for the RN position is $33.67-$42.43/hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
  • Shift Differentials: 2p-10p: $3.50/hr, 10p-6a: $5.00/hr and Weekends: $1.00/h r
