About The Position

Homecare Nurses Needed for Day or Night Shifts in Chicago, IL 60617 Thursday, Friday, Saturday; 8am-2pm or Weekend Night Shifts; 10pm-7am Are you looking for a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a healthy work/life balance? Requirements

• Active IL NURSING LICENSE
• Current CPR Certification
• Prior Experience with G-tube, Trach, & Vent cares

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts
• Assist patient in daily activities
• Take and record vitals
• Provide caregiver relief
