About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The RN/ LPN will assess patients' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
- Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
- Supervise Nursing Assistants and Trained Medication Aides
- Other duties as assigned
