Requirements

• Current and unencumbered R N/LPN license in the State of Florida (or compact)
• IV Therapy Certification (as required by state)
• Valid CPR certification (must be current and maintained during employment)
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory requirements in long-term care
• Supervisory and leadership capabilities
• Ability to lift 60–70 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and flexibility to support residents’ needs
• Familiarity with EHRs and basic computer systems
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and required physicals

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality, person-centered nursing care
• Administering medications and treatments accurately and timely
• Supervising CNAs and supporting a positive team environment
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions
• Documenting care provided in accordance with regulatory standards
• Responding to resident and family needs with professionalism and empathy
