About The Position

Homecare Nurses Needed for Weekend Day Shifts in Bolingbrook, IL! Friday-Sunday; 10am-6pm Are you looking for a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a healthy work/life balance? Requirements

• Active IL NURSING LICENSE
• Current CPR Certification
• Prior Experience with G-tube cares

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.
