• RN/LPN ACTIVE LICENSE
• MUST HAVE VALID CPR BLS CARD.
• MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST XRAY or TBQ GOLD QUANTIFER ON BLOOD TEST RESULTS.
• MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE.
• MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
• MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
• MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
