About The Position
As an LPN/RN at Addolorata Villa in Wheeling, IL, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. This position offers competitive pay, with RNs earning up to $40 per hour and LPNs up to $34 per hour, along with increased shift differentials for PM and overnight shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering direct nursing care to residents, supervising and coordinating the activities of Nursing Assistants, and ensuring that a high degree of quality care is maintained. You will also be responsible for the admission, transfer, and discharge processes of residents, keeping healthcare professionals informed of any changes in resident conditions. Additionally, you will supervise Nursing Assistants and may oversee other nursing staff as needed. Continuous education is a key component of this position, with a requirement to attend a minimum of 12 annual hours of in-service education to stay updated on best practices in nursing care.
