Weekend Baylor Program: WORK 32 HOURS AND GET PAID FOR 40 HOURS Regency Oaks is now hiring (RNs) and ( LPNs) for our Weekend Baylor Program who are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. The Weekend Baylor Program allows Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses ( LPNs) to WORK 32 HOURS AND GET PAID FOR 40 HOURS, while receiving full time benefits. ABOUT THE ROLE: Nurses are responsible for the overall nursing care/service, and management of all personnel on his/her shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls, as indicated. Requirements
- Minimum LPN or RN degree in Nursing required.
- Minimum on (1) year Nursing experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care preferred.
- A current LPN/RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact state).
- A heart for service and a readiness to respond to community needs and emergencies.

Responsibilities
- Administers treatments, including, but not limited to: dressings, catherization, suctioning, oxygen, etc.
- Assists in direct resident care as necessary.
- Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
- Administer medications.
- Assists in admission and discharge procedures.
- Responds to resident emergency call system as indicated.
- Makes rounds with physicians and transcribes orders.
- Keeps physician and family aware of change in resident’s condition.
- Maintains the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each patient
- Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
- Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health and behavior.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
- Delegate, supervise, and support the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
