Family First Homecare is seeking a compassionate and dependable RN or LPN to provide 1:1 care for a 14-year-old patient in Brandon, FL. This patient has a very engaging personality and interacts closely with their nurses, so we are looking for someone who values consistency and building meaningful connections with their patient. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with an incredible and supportive family while making a real difference in a child's daily life. Available Shifts: • Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM • Sunday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM • Monday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM • Wednesday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Patient Overview: • 14-year-old pediatric patient • Nonverbal but very interactive and engaging • Uses a wheelchair and walker for ambulation practice (partial weight bearing) • Patient forms strong bonds with nurses – reliable attendance and consistency are very important Home Environment: • No pets in the home • Supportive and welcoming family • Calm, structured environment Ideal Nurse: We are looking for a nurse who is patient, reliable, and enjoys engaging with pediatric patients. Someone who can provide skilled clinical care while also participating in play, interaction, and helping support the patient’s daily routines. If you are an RN or LPN experienced with trach/vent pediatric care and are looking for a rewarding and consistent case, we would love to connect with you.
