About The Position

MGA Homecare is looking for dedicated nurses to provide treatment to infants, children, and adolescents according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Nurses will administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care, and educate patients and families regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the community by providing holistic care in the patient's home while educating family members on best care practices.

Requirements

• Current Arizona Registered Nurse License (for RN applicants).
• Current Arizona Licensed Practical Nurse License (for LPN/LVN applicants).
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• Attention to Detail.
• Time Management Skills.
• Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution.
• Good Organization and Effective Communication.

Nice To Haves

• Home Health Experience (preferred).
