MGA Homecare is seeking dedicated nurses to join our team, which is comprised of healthcare professionals who are more than just providers; they are partners in care. We offer both full-time and part-time work with flexible scheduling options, including 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts. We welcome new graduates and provide opportunities for both day and night shifts. As a home healthcare nurse, you will be responsible for the treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care provided by the physician and other appropriate personnel. You will administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care, and educate patients and their families regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies. This role allows for autonomy and independence, as you will have the opportunity to provide holistic care in the patient’s home while educating family members on best care practices. You will also have the chance to care for diverse patient populations and create rewarding patient relationships.
