Advocate for residents at every stage of care, ensuring that we go above and beyond for them every single day.
Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.
Licensed as a Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana & maintain license required.
Experience in a geriatric setting preferred.
Experience in a Memory Care/Alzheimer's unit a plus.
