About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate RN or LPN to provide homecare services in Fort Myers, FL. This role is ideal for a nurse experienced in high-level care who is comfortable working independently in a home setting. Schedule: Morning Shift: 7 days per week, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM Evening Shift: 7 days per week, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM Flexible scheduling options available, including rotating shifts Ideal Candidate: Prior homecare experience required Experience with high-level care preferred Comfortable managing bowel and bladder programs Dependable, patient, and respectful Ability to follow care plans and maintain consistency Full assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Homemaking tasks (light housekeeping, meal preparation, etc.) General supervision and patient support

Requirements

Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Florida
Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
Successful completion of a nursing skills assessment
Clear Level 2 Background Screening (AHCA required)
Current in-person CPR certification (online-only not accepted)
Negative TB test result
Ability to work independently in a homecare environment
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Deliver skilled nursing care as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with agency policies
Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as needed
Monitor and document patient condition and progress
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, home health aides, and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure patient safety through appropriate interventions and follow-up
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency and state regulations
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and notify appropriate personnel
