About The Position
The position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Fairlawn Haven in Archbold, OH. This is a full-time opportunity on the 3rd shift, which runs from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. The role includes a holiday and weekend rotation. The RN or LPN will focus on monitoring the health status of resident care plans throughout the Care Center, assisting in various neighborhoods including Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and Long-Term Care. The candidate will also assist and lead State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) staff. The ideal candidate should possess good assessment skills, the ability to work effectively in a changing environment, be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be self-motivated.
