About The Position

Requirements

• Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide resident education.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Provide support to delegates to ensure safe administration of resident care.
