About The Position

Location: Glendive, MT (Note: This is our newest program in MT that is set to open June 2026, with staff starting in May.) Setting: Intensive Outpatient Program Salaried + Benefit Eligible! Population: Older adults, ages 65+ Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm) (Note: NO CALL / NO WEEKENDS/ PAID HOLIDAYS OFF!) About us: Senior Life Solutions, an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.

Requirements

Registered Nurse or LVN licensed in the state of practice required
Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients. required
Successful completion of a full background check is required for employment. At times, this may include drug testing.

Nice To Haves

Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
Growing and maintaining patient census
Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
Other duties as assigned
